BELIEVE THE HYPE - INDEPENDENT FILM MAKERS

DO SOMETHING, JAKE
If you're like me, then you would be one of the lucky ones and had the privilege of attending the Film Premiere to Do Something, Jake on Thursday 20th September 2018, which was shown at the Odeon Cinema, Loughborough, UK.

With over 250 people attending it was an absolute sellout, and as you walked into the foyer you were greeted with a rapturous welcome. It felt like I was going to a Marvel showing, it was that busy.

An hour and forty minutes and very well paced, 'Do Something, Jake' will have you laughing and holding your breath as you sit at the end of your seats in anticipation waiting to see what happens at the end. The film is fun and as the story starts to unravel you root for the hero Jake, played by Jamie Alderson whose love interest Alice played by Mia Mills is torn and trapped in a no-win-situation.
Ray Films, the makers of Do Something, Jake are currently in the process of organising a Premiere viewing in London. Please keep checking their website and film page for up to date information.

FILM
A great British film to look out for is 'Outlawed' a film by Adam Collins and Luke Radford and starring Adam Collins, see the official trailer below:
The UK is producing some great talent... Independent filmmakers are finally getting the right budgets and support via crowd funding to produce some quality movies. I feel this is just the beginning, and as more talented filmmakers, writers, producers and directors get the chance to get their work seen, this can only be the start of something promising.

I hope you've enjoyed reading my blog post, please share and give me a shout-out. Look out for more future post by me, it might even feature you.
